Hayley is a solicitor, registered patent and trade marks attorney, and nationally accredited mediator. Hayley has worked in the IP industry for 20 years, and has led Tarr Law since 2020.
Hayley has particular expertise and experience in trade mark matters, including prosecution and adversarial matters. With a success rate on par with major Australian trade mark firms, Hayley prides herself on providing the highest calibre of assistance including in relation to complex matters.
During her extensive IP career, Hayley has worked with major international law firms including Freshfields and Dentons, and has been engaged for adversarial matters against companies including General Motors, Ferrari, Instagram, and Yahoo.
